For the most effective booty results I like to combine exercises with weights, body weight and plyometrics.

Building booty

When building up a leg-booty program for my self or my costumers I use a lot of supersets and even tri-sets where I work with 2 – 3 exercises before resting,  for example for one set I use weighted exercise+plyo and than 30-50 sec break before starting the next set.
I LOVE bootie-building and the results that I see from it!
